LETS COOK THAI FAMOUS SPICY SOUP “TOM YUM KUNG”

Tom Yum Kung is one of the famous food in Thailand.  This spicy soup has all the flavors, both spicy and sour that will help warm up the body very well. There are 2 types : clear soup and condensed soup. Tom Yum Kung is rich in nutrients and delicious.  You can adjust the main ingredients according to preference.  By changing from shrimp to chicken, pork, meat, seafood or ufabet mushrooms for vegetarians.

INGREDENTS

4 cups of water

2 sliced lemongrass

3 sliced galangal

4 kaffir lime leaves

5 cloves garlic

½ kilogram of shrimp

1 cup of ufabet mushroom

2 tomatoes, cut into thick slices

1 tablespoon tamarinds crushed

1 tablespoon of fish sauce or soy sauce

½ tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons chili paste

1 lime coriander, 2 sprigs

5 tablespoons condensed milk or coconut milk

Steps

1. Heat water in the pot , set the highest heat.
2. Add lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind juice.
3. Allow to boil for 3-4 minutes until notice the boiling bubble.
4. Add shrimps, red onion, chili paste and straw ufabet mushroom
5. Highest heat for 10 minutes until the shrimp is well cooked.
6. Add chili, tomatoes, milk or coconut milk as decide.
7. Stir well, turn off the heat and squeeze the lime accordingly.
8. Sprinkle coriander and serve.

INGREDENTS

For the chicken :

  • 5 oz of loaf ciabatta (Italian breads)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil , divined
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 chicken breasts skinless

For the dressing:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

To serve :

  • 1 cup freshly grates Parmesan cheese
  • 2 heads of lettuce, roughly ripped into large pieces

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. For the croutons : tear the bread into rough, toss with 3 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons olive oil ,and season well with salt and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and place into oven for 12- 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.
  3. To make the dressing: In a mortar and pestle, crush the anchovy fillets, garlic and salt until a paste forms. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and slowly begin to add the oil, really slowly at first to prevent the mixture fro, splitting. Add the Anchovy paste and rest of ingredients. If mixture is still thick, loosen with a tiny bit of water, then set aside until needed.
  4. Once cool, place the croutons into the bowl of food processor along with the ufabet Parmesan cheese and blitz until fine, then set aside in a bowl. Place a flour in to separate bowl and season well with salt and pepper. Break the egg in to third bowl and beat with fork.
  5. Place the chicken breast between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten until 1/2 inch thick. Dip the flattened chicken breast first in a flour, then the egg , then the ufabet Pamesan croutons mix.
  6. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken breasts for about 5 minute each side, or until golden, crispy and cook through.
  7. To serve : Mix the dressing with the lettuce leaves and ufabet Pamesan and place onto a plate. Slice the chicken into thin strips and serve over salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack ufabet buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon milk for egg wash
  • 7 eggs
  • 7 slices bacon
  • 7 Pork sausages
  • 7 cheese slices
  • 7 small tomatoes
  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Burger sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the eggs by placing them in the freezer foe 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Make the biscuits: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease and flour a muffin pan.
  3. Prepare ufabet biscuits according to box directions.Transfer dough to a floured surface and gently pat out to 1 inch thick. Cut out 1-inch circles, and place in each hole in the muffin pan. Re-shape the scraps to make 22 biscuits. Brush the top of each biscuit with egg wash, then bake for 9 minutes until well risen and gold brown. Remove from the oven and put onto a wire rack to cool.
  4. Prepare the fillings : Squeeze the filling out of the sausage casing and shape the meat from each sausages into 4 mini burger patties. Cook the bacon and sausages in a frying pan. Once cooked , cut each bacon bacon slice into fourths.
  5. Cut the cheese into quarters and slice the cherry tomatoes. Cut each of the ufabet biscuits in half.
  6. Remove the eggs from the freezer and carefully remove the shells. Cut the eggs in to 1/4-inch slices.
  7. Reheat the frying pan with 2 teaspoon of corn oil. Cook frozen egg slices.
  8. Assemble the burgers : Dot each ufabet biscuit lid with with burger sauce. On each biscuit base, add slice of tomato, baby spinach leaf. sausage,bacon,fried egg with cheese and ufabet biscuit lid. Secure with cocktail stick and serve immediately for your special breakfast.
